Estancia relajante

La casa está muy bien y el entorno es muy bonito. Lo único que no nos gustó es la piscina, porque era muy pequeña, de las que no están a nivel del terreno y no invitaba nada al baño

grazie per la vostra recensione mi dispiace che non vi è piacuto la nostra piccola piscina, al vostro cane piaceva un sacco, con una decina di tuffi al giorno... abbiamo faticato di stare dietro con le pulizie della piscina e dei filtri...

Es hätte nicht schöner sein können

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Marisa und Wolfgang sehr genossen. Es war für uns nahezu perfekt, denn es war alles so wie beschrieben und vorhanden. Das Haus ist geräumig mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern (eines sogar mit Sprudelwanne und Regendusche) und liegt am Ende des grossen Agri Camping Grundstücks auf einem. Hügel mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen. Es wohnen auch hin und wieder Camper in der Nähe, aber das hat uns nicht gestört oder gross gemerkt. Dafür ist das Grundstück zu groß und es verläuft sich gut. Die Kühe laufen über das Grundstück und können schonmal die Zufahrtstrasse versperren aber in der Regel gehen die Tiere auch zur Seite oder Marisa war stets in der Nähe um die Tiere zu vertreiben. Man durfte die Kühe sogar mit Bio Abfällen füttern ohne Berührung (!). Check In ist einfach, Vermieter wohnen mit am Grundstück und waren bei Fragen immer in der Nähe. Der Strand (und viele andere) Supermärkte, Tankstellen und der Ort Santa Teresa sind alle mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Ohne Auto ist man auf dem großen Gelände etwas abgeschlagen, Fahrzeug sollte vorhanden sein. Die Zufahrt ist anfangs recht steil und man muss mehrere Gatter öffnen und schließen, die Straße ist nicht befestigt, aber gut befahrbar. Über den Vermieter kann man auch Wassersport und Segeltörns buchen,die Wolfgang persönlich begleitet. Am Haus ist auch ein kleiner Pool zur Abkühlung. Wichtig ist nur, dass man sich bewußt ist, dass das Haus auf dem Land steht und man mit größeren Insekten oder anderen tierischen Bewohnern rechnen sollte. Wir fanden es großartig mit 2 Kindern (14 und 9 Jahre) und unserem Hund und kommen gern wieder. Marisa und Wolfgang sind unglaublich sympathische und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für die tollen Ferien bei euch!!!

Scappo dalla città - Il mare, la pace e le vacche

La casa corrisponde abbastanza bene alla descrizione ed è senza dubbio fruibile. La strada sterrata per raggiungerla non è confortevole per tutti i veicoli ed è lunga non meno di 500m. La scelta è consigliabile solo a chi ama la tranquillità e non soffre la vicinanza con vacche che possono, occasionalmente, pararsi sulla strada. Bello il tramonto sul mare.

Il positivo della nostra tenuta è proprio la solitudine in mezza alla campagna, circondato da macchia mediterranea e animali di corte. Prima del Virus il comune ci voleva asfaltare la strada di accesso entro pochi giorni... Attualmente stiamo aspettando... Le vacche, al di fuori della zona recintata intorno alla casa, fanno come vogliono loro e un loro posto preferito è stare in mezzo alla strada, non li spaventa una macchina ma hanno paura delle persone e si spostano con un cenno con un bastione qualsiasi...
