They are brand new pots and pans. Not sure what you used but they were not ours. I will make sure no one left anything behind. Thanks for the heads up!
This was our second time staying and once again everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect…close enough to so many major attractions in the white mountains yet away from all of the traffic and crowds.
This house was excellent and accommodated a family of 5 comfortably (plus dog friendly). There are amazing things to do just a short drive from the property. Would stay here again in the summer or winter!
We had an excellent short stay here in mid-November. The property was clean, updated, and cozy. Being near mountains helped us have a fun hike with the dog. Great communication led to an easy check-in and out. No concerns - you’ll be happy if looking for a nice spot with a big yard in the area.

Thank you so much! We enjoyed having you, hope to see you back again!
The house was clean and cozy, the views of the mountains were amazing. So quiet and peaceful. The nearby lake was so beautiful. I would definitely stay here again. Host was kind and responsive to questions. Other than the mosquitos it was perfect!
My wife, 6 month old son, and 2 dogs had a great stay in Stark. The house was clean and off the beaten path but not too much where you couldn’t find a store for supplies. The house had a great view of the mountains and was close to hiking locations. I would definitely recommend staying here.
I rented this house for my husband’s birthday. We brought up our side by side and did some riding . Also enjoyed kayaking on south pond . This house is beautifully decorated and clean . We enjoyed our stay . We highly recommend staying here .
Our family had a great stay! It’s the best location for ATV riding and snowmobiling as you can access the trails directly from the house.
We loved the fire pit and enjoyed making s’mores.
The house was super clean and cozy. The deck was great to relax on and the views were outstanding!
Overall, it was the best trip we have been on in a while and can’t wait to come back in the winter
My husband and I ventured to the White Mtns to hike, and stayed here for a long weekend. It was a cozy spot with great views. We only wish we had more time at the house (without rain) to enjoy the lovely patio, fire-pit, and those mountain views. We had a little trouble checking in as the lock pad would not work, but the host immediately got in touch and solved the issue! Overall, a wonderful experience. Would recommend and would stay again!
Everything was awesome! Just a quick heads up for anyone looking to do more than just the local ATV trails. The rest of the state system is cut off but trailer parking is near by for them.
We came to this rental for the views and a peaceful winter getaway. It was meticulously clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. We brought our dogs and two young children. We loved watching the sunrise on mornings it wasn’t snowing and enjoyed the Mountain View very much! The beds were extremely comfortable along with the furniture. We keep our own personal home tidy and a certain way- and this home made us feel like we were home away from home. We will definitely be returning again for a full week next year!
We visited here in early October 2023 to enjoy the fall foliage and beautiful weather. This home is lovely and the views are stunning. It is incredibly quiet and private. The house is very clean. We have rented many homes via VRBO and this is definitely one of the cleanest. The home is well maintained. We wish we could have spent more time here. We were close enough to visit Mt. Washington. There is a lot of hiking in the Stark area and Lake Christine is beautiful.
This house was beautiful and well equipped. Everything we needed for our stay. The hostess was very responsive and helpful. The bed was super comfortable. The best thing was we got a clear night and the stars were dazzling. No light pollution here, although I did have to wait a bit for the motion detector lights to shut back off. The atv trail that is right at the end of the driveway is nice although relatively short heading east, since the trail through Dummer is closed. Going to the west, the trails could take you all the way to the downtown part of Groveton/Northumberland. We did not try that whole way because parts of it were closed or detoured due to logging. That must happen from time to time. It was fun though. It is not a long ride to trailer to other spots. If I had snowmobiles I would pick this again for a winter stay.
Absolutely would stay here again. Wonderful spot to get away from any busy areas with tourists for a couple of days. Place is super cozy. Was a great way to end a week long vacation.
Everything about my experience at this rental in Stark was perfect and I highly recommend a stay here if you are planning a trip to this area of NH. This is hands down my new favorite rental in Nh! The hostess, Jaclyn, was very pleasant to communicate with and provided very timely, thorough and clear instructions for us. Upon walking into her house we instantly felt at home! The house was immaculately clean and the tasteful decor made it so inviting. The kitchen has everything we could possibly have needed and the outdoor space is also beautifully done! The house is only about 10 minutes away from the trailhead for the Percy Peaks and even closer to the picturesque Stark Village with its famed covered bridge. I can’t wait for my next trip here! 11 out of 10!! Thank you, Jaclyn, for sharing your lovely home!
