Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please rinse and remove food from the dishes before loading the dishwasher. The cleaning service will take it from there.
All room codes are the same. Please do not enter or use the other rooms if you haven’t reserved them. If non-reserved rooms are used, there is a $100 per room fee added to the booking fee.

Why they chose this property
We have lived in the neighborhood nearly 30 years. What attracted us to this house was the proximity to everything; it's quiet and peacefulness, and our neighbors are friendly and respectful.
What makes this property unique
This house is one of the largest homes in this area. Although it was built in the 1990s, it has been remodeled and easily rival modern homes today with its technology and style. There are 5 sitting areas including a meditation area, and the pool has been re-plastered with pebble-tech and has a huge Baja step for smaller non-swimming kids to splash and play on.
