About the host

Hosted by Terri Boushon

Host profile image
Phil has been a builder/contractor and Terri is a Realtor and Relocation Specialist so we love providing an outstanding property for people visiting our area!

Why they chose this property

The Lake Hefner area is great -- you can walk, run or bicycle around the 10 mile trail at the lake. The location is central with easy access to Lake Hefner Parkway (I-44), NW Expressway and Kilpatrick turnpike. We're also close by to nearby medical facilities like Mercy Hospital, Proton Therapy Center and Integris Baptist.

What makes this property unique

This property and its stairs reminded me of the Brady house from the Brady Bunch (yes, I'm dating myself). With decks on the first and second floor and a greenbelt around, it feels very private for a townhouse community.
