Wonderful 3-room apartment with kitchen and balcony in a quiet location of Peißenberg on the 1st floor of a two-family house for rent. The bright apartment is well equipped with washing machine and fitted kitchen incl. Dishwasher.
Enjoy cozy evening in front of the stove in the large living room with open roof or in the summer on the large balcony.
Two bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x 2 single beds) offer enough space.
The bunting with swimming, hiking and kayaking opportunities is a 5-minute walk away. The lakes of the 5-Seenland can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes by car. Also Garmisch, the Zugspitze as the royal palaces Linderhof and Neuschwanstein are not far.
Pets on request.
2 car parking spaces, as well as garaging for bicycles, kayaks etc.
