Spacious vacation apartment on Lake Starnberg

The holiday rental is located in a quiet area of Münsing Ambach. A beautiful, spacious recreational area with a large lawn for sunbathing is within walking distance. There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity, as well as the Ambach steamboat pier. It’s an ideal starting point for walks, hikes, and bike rides through the beautiful Alpine foothills. The Garmisch-Classic, Brauneck, and Zugspitze ski areas are easily accessible via the A95.<br>The apartment is located on the upper floor of a two-family home and has been lovingly renovated. It features two bathrooms, each with a toilet and either a shower or a bathtub. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a washer-dryer.<br>The spacious and bright living-dining room with hardwood floors offers ample space for four to six people and features a TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, a large bookshelf, and a wood-burning stove, for which firewood is also provided. The separate, fully equipped kitchen features a small seating area, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a built-in stove with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, and Nespresso and filter coffee makers. A spacious southwest-facing balcony and a south-facing balcony, each with a wooden deck, offer plenty of space to enjoy the sun. The apartment has two bedrooms with spacious box-spring beds (1.80 m wide). One of the bedrooms has a large chest of drawers; the other has a large closet, a cosy reading nook with an armchair, and a cosy loft with sloped ceilings where the bed (1.80 m wide) is located. Another room features a sleeper sofa, along with an additional TV and a digital radio with a CD player and Bluetooth for connecting your digital device.<br>We welcome guests with well-behaved pets and are happy to provide a dog bed, extra towels, and other supplies for your four-legged friend upon request.
