The land is wide open and the neighbors are great. Just make sure to keep any fireworks or loud music down after 9pm
Currently no RVs allowed on property (town ordinance), but ATVs, bikes, etc are welcome. (at own risk)

We are situated between the best what the of the Lowcountry has to offer. 20 minutes north or south ya can’t lose. Kiawah, Edisto, Charleston (DTWN), Mount Pleasant, Ace Basin and everything in between. Come on out and chill with us.
Golf packages available as well as skeet shooting and kayaking.

This property is ideal for small or large groups. Family reunions, golf getaways, last minute beach trips....whatever! This is your spot! We are located within 10 minutes of Stono Ferry Golf Course, 30 minutes from Downtown Charleston, Edisto Beach, Johns Island, Ravenel, and only 45 minutes from Kiawah. The entertaining space here is incredible from our open floorpan to the golf set ups outside, screened and open patios, firepits, hammocks; you name it. Come play!
