I am a Charleston native, born and raised, educated from elementary through college. Although I resided in the Bay area of northern California for years and thoroughly enjoyed it, I missed Charleston and the people of the "lowcountry" so much, I had to return. There is no place like home for me, happily surrounded by family and friends, especially my granddaughter - the love of my life.

Why they chose this property

My home is "my away from it all" everyday, surrounded by nature (beautiful trees, squirrels, birds) and water, whether enjoying coffee in the mornings in dockhouse or a glass of wine in the evening at sunset. It is a true blessing to have peace and happiness at home and to be fortunate enough to share it with others. I think you will create wonderful memories here.

What makes this property unique

I wake up every morning with birds chirping and a view of the water from my bed that gives me a true appreciation of life of which I am so thankful, it's a beautiful beginning to every day.
