Cozy 2 BR Log Cottage w/ Firepit Bbq,close to lakes, vineyards, zipline & Skiing

Beautiful two bedroom Log Cottages set in the most private and scenic surroundings!!

Our two bedroom cottage has two queen beds (with all linens, pillows and blankets provided), one full bath with bathtub/ shower, kitchen features a refrigerator, cooking top with oven, microwave, coffeemaker, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc, living room is equipped with a sofa cum bed, dining table for four, flat screen cable TV, free wi-fi and has a private deck with patio furniture. We have a firepit and barbeque available at no cost if required during your stay. Use of barrel Sauna is charged $75 per use and needs to be booked for use atleast 24 hr in advance.

We are an hour drive from Halifax, located on old highway 14 & New Ross Road - 12 minutes drive from Ski Martock and 20 minutes from the heritage town of Windsor. Walking distance to the three lakes - Mockingee, Murphy and Falls Lake, convenience store, NSLC and gas station. We are close to Ontree adventure park and zipline as well as Bent ridge winery.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The stay was great. The owner seemed overly fixated on their contract. The place was nice and very clean and very well stocked. It was a beautiful cabin. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice cabin, comfy beds, air conditioning works. There was a misunderstanding on the sauna as it was closed and they charge for use (both were not mentioned in the ad) which was disappointing as this was one of the main reasons we booked as the photos showed the sauna. Overall a nice stay just not as we expected.

Really disappointing to see when we put all our efforts out to make your stay comfortable and at such a reasonable price point yet we get marked down by these non realistic comments. We are definitely very disappointed. We are very transparent in our policies and next time when you are booking please clarify if in doubt.

In the property description we have clearly mentioned the distance from Halifax, Windsor and other locations. Our property pictures has photos which exactly match the actual place so it will be wrong on your part to say that you were told anything different. It is advised that you should go thru the property description properly next time before making a booking. We are small local business owners and go out of our way to offer you amenities and a clean comfortable cottage stay at our place at a really good and reasonable price which will be difficult to find n our region expecting peak season. We try to give value for money to our guests and would have really appreciated if it is acknowledged by giving fair and genuine reviews by our guests.
