In the district of Hochrindl-Alpl, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 300 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2. In the house: sun terrace, washing machine, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. 12 m footpath to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 800 m, restaurant 300 m, railway station "Feldkirchen", outdoor swimming pool 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 17 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, skisport facilities, ski school, sled run 300 m.
