This freshly remodeled open concept, pool home, close to Mayo Clinic and Jax beach is sure to wow you! The home includes a Fully stocked kitchen, Reclining Chairs, Weber Grill, 5 Samsung Smart Tv's (one near the pool!) Also, King size bed in the master with Double head shower in the master bath. Pets upon request. Parking for 4 cars.

My family and I had such a wonderful time! Check in/check out communication was seamless and the house was as described. We didn’t have any issues and the “nice to have” and “did you forget” items were a sweet touch. Only complaint was that we weren’t able to enjoy the pool because of the weather. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would definitely come back!

Great home that has been completely updated. Very responsive host. Good location - short drive to the beach and close to many stores and restaurants. Fenced in backyard was great for our dog and for privacy.

Beautiful, modern home

We came to Jacksonville for a family reunion. This house is a modern, beautiful space to use as home base with access to everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The pool was a wonderful bonus we all enjoyed! Location was central to everything we did. Brooke answered all my questions and made the check in/out process simple and seamless.

If you are looking for a "home" away from home, this is it. If you have a dog, huge back yard and all fenced in. Pool is beautiful in the backyard. Fence is very tall and the back yard is totally PVT.Kitchen is very large and EVERY type of appliance you would need along with pots & pans & silverware. Actually equipped better than our house.Total re-hap with all new appliances, fixtures, bathroom hardware, along with a great TV's in each room. Spent a week here while getting check ups at Mayo, which is 10 min away.
