House was extremely clean and communication with host could not have been better! Close to everything, including Mayo Hospital. The pool is a plus! We definitely recommend and will plan to stay again!

The place was clean and well kept. It has everything you need for a vacation to the area and is close-by to restaurants, nightlife, beach and other areas around Jacksonville Beach. Would stay there again if travelling back to the area.
