Enjoy multiple decks w/ private beach access (100 steps to water). Upstairs has 3BR/2BA, gourmet kitchen, living room & downstairs (not connected inside) has 1BR/1BA, living room, kitchenette. Laundry room w/ washer & dryer. 2 covered & 2 uncovered parking spots.
