Take advantage of this spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo(1 king bed & 2 queen size beds)Minutes from the iconic Hallandale beach/water tower. Walk or take the free shuttle. Take a water taxi to Hollywood beach, or lounge in the pool as you take in the intracoastal waterway and relax with poolside service. Gym on site. $30/day resort fee applied by hotel. All resorts in the area charge a resort fee but ours is the lowest in the area.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all towels in a pile
Return all pool towel to pool to avoid hotel charging you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
House rules are posted on the door. Please look over all the rules upon entry. Lost or misplace key replacement fee/locked out fee $150-$300
Smoking of any kind and pets inside unit will result in a minimum $250 fine plus all additional costs for any damages, including replacement of damage
Be cognizant of noise level. Security has the authority to kick you out without refund for access noise level. They will typically only give 1 warning
