Amazing stay at this adorable modern home. The location was great, the house had a fantastic vibe and all of our needs were met with perfection! A gem! Super clean and had all the amenities. The host was amazing to work with.
We all appreciated the sleek, clean, modern accommodations offered by this property. The kitchen has clearly been recently re-modeled as have the beautiful bathrooms. The beds are comfortable. The backyard was delightful to sit in and enjoy the scenery. We also used the fire pit one night and that was great. Also--excellent communications with our host. Highly recommend!
I was looking for a place to spend a few quiet days, and I found it right here. The pictures suggested a modern, tastefully furnished, clean house, and that it was. Everything was new, organized, and exceptionally clean.
It was a short walk to the bridge over the Delaware which has a beach on the side; a walk to the Cochecton Firestation Restaurant, and a short drive to the Pump house. And lovely cornfields surrounded the property.
I would definitely stay here again.
Everything was as described/pictured. The host was available to answer questions and help my mother and aunt with the lockbox when they arrived first. There was plenty of room for 4 adults to get ready for a wedding and all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were well stocked. The only thing that we hadn’t realized was how busy the road the property is on. It wasn’t busy enough to wake us up or anything (and you don’t hear a sound downstairs), but just something to be aware of, especially if you had dogs or kids you can’t trust not to dart out. I can’t imagine that we’ll have occasion to be out that way again, but I would recommend this home to anyone and would definitely rent with this host.
