This gorgeous, modern, 3 bedroom 3 bath home is lit up by tons of natural light and is perfectly located for convenient travel to any part of the Houston area. The 1st level is where you will enter through either the front entrance. This level includes a dedicated office space, closet, and no-access room. The 2nd level includes a large kitchen and dining area with lovely amenities, two tiled patios, and a bathroom located near the larger patio entrance. On the 3rd level you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms. The 4th level leads to a door where you will find a beautifully tiled, large terrace with an amazing view of downtown.
