Welcome to The Dollywood Hills Cabin in Sevierville, TN

Our cabin provides a great space for your family and friends to conveniently hang out in the Smokey's with easy access to Dollywood and many attractions with less traffic!
**Please Note: This build is part of a new neighborhood in the heart of Pigeon Forge. There may be construction in the surrounding area during your stay as a pool is being built behind the property.

★ Each level has a king bed
★ Sleeps up to 8, 2 king bedrooms,1 bedroom with full over full bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
★ Pets Allowed(no cats allowed)
★ No Smoking indoors

Access via door code will be given a few days before check-in. The entire cabin will be yours.

★ PRIVATE PARKING:
Parking for 3-4 cars

★ ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. Check-in anytime after 4 pm / Check out is no later than 10 am ET

★ INTERNET/CABLE: Wifi with mesh coverage present.

Smart TVs in each bedroom and in the living room.

★ BEDROOMS:
There are 3 bedrooms with a king master en-suite on the main floor. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms--1 king bedroom- 1 bedroom/gameroom with a full over full bunk. The living room also has a queen sleeper to sleep 8 total.

★ KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, drip or pod Keurig coffee maker.

★ LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron

★ AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

★ TRASH:
Please place all trash in trash bags. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick-ups. If trash will no longer fit into the bins, please reach out so that we can try to coordinate a trash pick-up with our cleaners.

In addition, you can use a trash drop off convenience center, the closest location is
447 Tiger Drive Pigeon Forge, it's about a 10-minute drive.

It was chilly, rainy and a little windy but this Cabin was nice and Cozy…. We were traveling with our youngest daughter and her family and we had plenty of room! This cabin is in Sevierville but is located close enough to lots of attractions, restaurants and shopping and also does not take long to get to Gatlinburg from where we were either! The guy that owns the place was wonderful to work with ….. the only problem we had was an internet problem the last day we were there but Ray worked hard at getting the issue fixed!!! Definitely would stay here again….. can’t stress enough about how clean this place was as well …. That’s a big plus for me!

The location and everything is really great. The hot tub could use a little TLC, but we enjoyed it. The only negative is the comfort of the beds. They were pretty uncomfortable. Other than that we had a great time and will likely book again.

A wonderful full time in the Smokey Mountains. Very accommodating with multiple beds, nice kitchen, and plenty of parking. A very convenient location to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. We even headed to the Biltmore Estate for a day trip.
