Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Reviewed property online and was able to speak to an agent quickly in order to book correctly. House was conveniently located and clean. The requirement to store golf carts nightly in garage with a driveway full of vehicles is not convenient. A fire pit in the backyard would be a possible add on.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation home made for a wonderful family trip. We stayed previously in the area (just a couple streets over) but needed something slightly larger this time. The property management company was easy to work with and ensured all of our questions were answered prior to and throughout the stay. The home was wonderful with spacious bedrooms and ample seating areas to accommodate a large family. The only this we could have used were beach chairs and/or a wagon which were offered in previous rentals we have used. They are not a necessity but would have been an appreciated addition. Overall the home was wonderful and we continue to love the area!

The beach was a short walk or bike ride across the street. The beach area was not crowded at all. Royal Destinations was a great rental company. They responded very quickly. Would definitely recommend Sea-Rest.
