Walk straight out the front door to a quiet, private beach access, allowing you to avoid the traffic and crowds with plenty of room to set up your umbrella right next to the water - even in the summer! Two separate living areas (one on the ground floor) make the home great for large families. The ground floor also includes a king bed master suite with a new private bathroom (shower) and kitchenette, perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Enjoy the wonderful Gulf views from the expansive covered porches and living areas. The house comes with internet-connected TV’s, an Apple TV, games and puzzles, and DVD players. When you are not at the beach, you can relax and enjoy the beautifully landscaped yard that contains a large 24 foot by 12 foot newly paved and refinished, heated, saltwater swimming pool. The large, spacious lawn now also includes a real putting green making it the perfect place to play bocce ball or other lawn games or to work on your golf game. There’s even a basketball goal in the driveway for the kids and cornhole next to the swimming pool.
