So very quiet (neighbor dependent), pretty little spot between EP and RMNP. Very hot temps during our stay, no AC but that is usually not an issue, provided fans to accommodate. Decent value, on Fall River Rd but across street from river - overall a great stay.
-easy check-in, private stay
-beautiful surroundings
-dog-friendly
-our place was all the way in the back, very quiet
-very close to RMNP and downtown Estes Park
-nice little kitchenette
-nice bed
-lots of hot water (and a nice big jetted bathtub!)
We would stay again! Thank you.
The property was absolutely perfect - clean, well furnished, and had all of the kitchenette appliances and cookware I needed.
A lovely setting and I would recommend and stay at this property again!
My husband and I stayed at the Rocky Mountain Resort for a short stay on our way back home to Florida. It was very clean, has the amenities you need and comfortable bed. The property is nice and quiet and easy to check in/out. Highly recommend!
We loved our stay! We were very close to Rocky Mountain national park but also close to downtown Estes. The cabin was perfect for myself and my partner as well as our dog! We had a great view and there were elk right outside our front door!
Unit was nice and clean. Came with a lot of included amenities like free movies and snow shoes for hiking. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would recommend.

The location was great. It is very close to town and RMNP (3-5 miles relatively). This cabin does not have air conditioning or an oven. Double check the mini fridge temperature, it froze all of our food because it was turned all the way up. We saw Elk and Mule Deer on the property. Check out procedures were unclear- had to call to figure out what to do with our trash. We were told to put it at the dumpster by the exit, when we got there, the dumpster was locked so we could not put our trash bag there. Overall, it was a good place but I do not think it was worth the money paid.
This is a quiet, attractive, comfortable unit. However, some deep cleaning is needed of the ceiling fan. One leg of the two chairs was unconnected from the cross brace. Very polite staff at the site. Well stocked cabinets.
Property was fine. Booked because dogs are allowed. Decided not to take the dog. The carpet was very stained and should be replaced. Road construct in front of property made it difficult to enter and exit at times.
Open plan cabin with a huge Jacuzzi tub, tucked away at the top of the property. Within walking distance of some bars and a restaurant. Close to the river, but no river view - nice mountain views instead. If you want to visit the park, make sure you understand the new time permits and either start super early or try to get one at exactly 5pm the night before. No Laundry, but the village laundry in town was a good find. Staff phone support was friendly and helpful. Dog friendly.
This cabin was gorgeous and great for a one night stay. We used the tub with swimsuits as a sort of hot tub but honestly there’s not anyone who would see in the windows. Unfortunately there were a few small things that would’ve been more of an inconvenience if we had been planning for a longer stay. My fiancé went to sit on one of the dining chairs and the legs were broken, they had just been placed back together loosely. The screens on some of the windows were falling in (especially the one above the tub). The handle on the bathtub was leaking. And the TV only has one volume (or one of the 3 remotes weren’t working). Small annoyances but nothing huge. They also have an office down the road where you can borrow DVDs or get ice which was nice. Seemed like they were doing construction on a pool too so that could be something to look forward to in the future. Great stay, but manage your expectations.
This was my first Vrbo stay. I was a little caught off guard with there not being air conditioning and 82 degrees when I walked in to the property. But that was my fault for not checking for that but it cooled off some of the nights. I will say the team was extremely responsive when I had an issue that one of the windows that would not shut/lock due to the frame being broken. They did screw the frame together but the window still did not lock unless you went outside. There were 4 windows that would open, but two of them I could not use due to the issue above and one not having a screen. The carpet was dirty in spots but it is right next to a national park. Overall the decoration and interior was well done. The check in instructions could have been a little more clear. But the check out gave a list of three items so that helped me.
The location of this property is excellent for the Fall River entrance to RMNP. Communications were excellent, it was very clean and wifi was good. The unit got very warm and only one window that opened and a ceiling fan so it was somewhat hot.But overall it was a good place to stay.
