Liebe Gäste unseres Hauses. Es erwartet Sie eine schöne nagelneue Nichtraucher-Wohnung (1x Doppelbett 180x200cm, 1x Schlafsofa ausklappbar ca. 130x200cm für 2 Kinder bis 16 Jahre) mit einer modernen und hochwertigen Ausstattung. Auf Anfrage kann ein drittes Kind bis max. 2 Jahre im Babyzustellbett übernachten. Optional kann das Apartment auf Anfrage ohne Kinder mit 3 Erwachsene belegt werden. Im Schlafzimmer und Wohn- Schlafbereich ist ein Echtholznußbaumparkett verlegt. Fliesenbelag in Bad und Diele. Bad mit Fußbodenheizung. Die Wohnung hat zudem eine kontrollierte Wohnraumlüftung mit Wärmerückgewinnung und Pollenfilter für beste Frischluftqualität. Eine komplett ausgestattete Einbauküche inkl. Kaffee + Tee und ein Kasten Mineralwasser bei Ankunft machen den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Kinder zahlen 4,- Euro pro Nacht+Kind). Frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden.

Eine sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Fewo. In der Küche ist alles da was man braucht bis zu Gewürzen, usw.Selbst im Bad stehen 2 versch. Badezusätze für ein Schaumbad bereit :-)Parkplatz diekt vor der Fewo.Schön eigerichtet, alles unbeschädigt! es gibt, un d ich bin kritisch, nichts wa ich als Verbeserung vorschalgen könnte.

Auszeit im Boarischn Woid

Eine moderne, aber trotzdem gemütliche Fewo. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Neukirchen vorm Wald war für uns ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen jeder Art. Von unserer Seite eine Weiterempfehlung wert.

Alles Top bis auf die groß annoncierte Terrasse und verschiedenes

Alles ist schon gemacht und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Auch die Vermieter die Fam. Braumandl sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was das ganze massiv schmälert ist die Terrasse die zur Wohnung der Vermierterfamilie gehört und einen Stock höher liegt. Es ist uns angeboten worden diese zu nutzen,aber möchten Sie im Blick der Familie sitzen und deren gemeinsame Zeit stören. Also das finden wir mehr als missglückt und den Anzeigentext nicht den Tatsachen entsprechend. Des Weiteren ist noch anzumerken das bei den Ausstattungsdetails schon noch Luft nach oben ist, z. B. Salatschüsseln, Knoblauchpresse, größere Töpfe, usw.. Denn speziell wenn man Esssen gehen will aber die Gastronomie schon um 20:00 Uhr die Küche zumacht, oder gar ganz zu hat, muss man zu Hause kochen. Deswegen der Tipp, lieber Familie Braumandl, einfach mal schauen was Sie zweckmässig auffüllen. Im Übrigen ist die Geräuschdämmung des Garagentors nicht optimal gelöst.

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Liebevoll eingerichtete FeWo . Voll ausgestattet Küche. Modernes Vollbad mit Badewanne und Dusche. Sehr nette Vermieter - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Objekt immer wieder buchen. Selbst die Mülltrennung ist bestens organisiert. Hat man eine Kleinigkeit vergessen - so findet man Kaffe.... bis hin zum Duschgel alles in der Wohnung. Sehr zu empfehlen sind auch geführte Wanderungen ( auch Schneeschuh ) mit dem Vermieter. Super nett und immer hilfsbereit. Es war toll.
