About this property

Relax in Privacy - Centrally Located Home

Accommodations: Built 2007 - 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths with bonus room. (Sleeps 6) King, queen, & pyramid beds. 4 HD TV's. 65,50 & 2 32's. Sheets are provide but not towels. The sheets are washed and folded on the beds however we request you wash and fold them before tour departure. For this reason some guests elect to bring their own. Weekly rentals are Friday to Friday.


Come stay in the heart of the Outer Banks. Enjoy the privacy on a quiet street with a wooded lot on one side. Upper deck overlook the large enclosed back yard which includes a lower patio and outdoor shower. The home is equipped with beach chairs, bicycles, horseshoes, ladder golf, foosball, ping-pong table, and a charcoal grill. Close pedestrian crosswalk to life guarded beach.

Close to shopping, great OBX restaurants (many within walking distance) and many local hot spots with live bands. The nearby Nags Head Woods preserve is the largest Maritime forest on the East Coast and has a great visitor center with many trails. You will be just a short drive from the Wright Brothers Memorial, the North Carolina Aquarium, Jockeys Ridge State Park, Manteo and Fishing Piers. Cape Hatteras Point (lighthouse) is less than 90 minutes and the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center are just 20 minutes away.

No weekend rentals during the week of May, June, July, August and September.During the off season, rates are available for weekends as well. Three day minimum on weekends in April and October. All weekly rentals are Friday to Friday.

Wonderful beach house

We really enjoyed our stay, this house has everything and then some!! The location is great, the neighborhood was so quiet it was like being in the country. I would highly recommend it to anyone, and we would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

My husband and I have stayed at Matt’s place a few times and it’s always a very relaxing place to stay. There is a comfy king-sized bed, cable TV, well-supplied kitchen and of course we love the bikes and ping pong. Oh, and it also has beach chairs and umbrella. We recommend staying here!

Great location. Fantastic house

This house is amazing. Awesome layout. The kids can be on the first floor while the parents have a great bedroom upstairs. Everything you need is nearby. The owners are great to deal with as well.

This house was a delight! My husband and I truly enjoyed the stay. Everything was clean, the place is decorated nicely and great attention to detail with things being labeled so makes it easy to find things. Another great stay!

Another great stay in kill devil hills. This was our second time to the house and certainly does not disappoint. The house has everything that you would need. Very short drive to any of the beach access parking lots. Close to everything but also in a very quiet neighborhood. We will be back again soon!

Great property!

This house is exactly as described. Check in was extremely easy and the house was spotless! It is in the heart of KDH with tons of restaurants and shops around. It is a short drive to the beach. There are multiple lots along beach road to park in so that was no problem at all. We will definitely be renting here again!
