Fenwick Island Time is one of the largest oceanside retreats for rent on the Eastern shore of Delaware, Maryland, Virginia or New Jersey. A huge, professionally decorated, luxurious retreat with multiple family rooms that is located oceanside in the heart of Fenwick Island.

Built in 2009 by Delaware's premier builder Zonko Builders, this enormous ocean-block retreat has 3 individual suites in one huge 6,300 square foot house.

This house is immaculately clean and very well maintained.

Each suite includes a gas fireplace, hardwood flooring, multiple porches & decks and the use of a private, 12 person, 900 gallon hot tub with 47 jets that is serviced weekly. Once you park your car, you can literally walk everywhere.

The top floor suite has 5 bedrooms, a huge great room with kitchen, a large screened in porch, sunroom, a rooftop deck with ocean views and sleeps 12 people. The two first floor suites each have three bedrooms, a great room and a kitchen, 2 full baths and sleep 8 people each. There is a pool table with ping pong top. In addition, we have an elevator which can be used to transport luggage and groceries to the 1st and 2nd floor. Fenwick Island Time has bright, open rooms with cheerful fun beach décor and plenty of places to hang out. There is also an outdoor shower and ground level/outdoor restroom which makes it easy if you have to go to the bathroom while on the beach without having to enter the house.

The Fenwick guarded beach is a two-minute walk from our house (without having to cross Coastal Highway). It is amazingly less crowded and quiet compared to the beaches in Ocean City, Bethany Beach and Rehoboth - typically Fenwick's beach has 70% less people than those beaches. It will remind you of your own private beach.

Located oceanside in the heart of Fenwick Island just a short stroll to the beach, restaurants, mini golf, go-carts and water slides. Perfect for multiple families traveling together, large family gatherings, reunions and corporate retreats. Island Time also has free high speed internet and wi-fi for our guests.

The Widow's Walk deck gives you one of the best vantage points in Fenwick Island to enjoy glorious sunsets! Or enjoy your morning coffee sitting out on either of the additional 3 decks or a relaxing afternoon on the awesome screened porch.

For the chefs, Island Time features 3 fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and gas cooktops. Most places on the Eastern shore have electric cooktops. We also have a large electric griddle for making perfect pancakes for your group, a waffle iron for our guests to enjoy, a 6 quart crockpot and a large 6 burner gas grill outside.

Easy walking distance to Matt's Fish Camp Restaurant, Mancini's Brick Oven Pizza and Nantucket's to name a few.

In addition, Island Time is only 18 miles to the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth Beach. The Tanger Outlets feature over 140 stores including Under Armour, Tommy Bahama, Lululemon, Nike & Banana Republic as well as tax-free Delaware shopping to make a great deal even better. It's a fun way to spend a day if the weather isn't cooperating.

Bedding is as follows: 3 kings, 4 queens, 4 twins and 4 sets of built-in twin bunks. Guests can rent linens through Sea Play Homes or OC Beach and Linen Rentals.

Two companies in the Fenwick area, Delmarva Sport Adventures and Coastal Kayak, offer Eco kayak tours as well as lessons to surf the waves in a kayak.

A 20 minute ride from our home takes you to Rehoboth Beach. The town is much larger than Bethany and Fenwick and boasts many shopping and dining options, a three mile boardwalk and an amusement park. There are also fabulous sales tax-free outlet shopping at 140 Outlet stores.

In minutes you can get to Ocean City with a long boardwalk with a large amusement park (including a fun roller coaster) and many more restaurants, bars and shops.

A 10 minute ride takes you to the Freeman stage for top talent entertainment. A walk across the street takes you to the DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum which houses artifacts from sunken ships in the area. If you are lucky, they will bring out a 50 pound gold "necklace" found in a sunken Spanish ship.

You can also visit Lewes, smaller than Rehoboth but very quaint.

Lastly, Jolly Roger Amusement park on 30th Street (7 miles from our place) in Ocean City has a huge water park with tons of water slides, wave pools and even a water roller coaster that kids will love.

You can take a fishing charter out at the Indian River marina for a half or full day. And a 5-minute ride takes you across the bay where you can rent a boat or jet skis.

There are numerous world-class golf courses within a 5-30 minute drive from our place. Some are Bayside, Baywood Greens, Bear Trap Dunes, Lighthouse Sound, Rum Pointe (our personal favorite), War Admiral & Man O'War at GlenRiddle, Cripple Creek Golf, CC Dagsboro, Kings Creek, Old Landing Golf Course Rehoboth Beach and Rehoboth CC.
