The Porch We have a big beautiful porch on the front of the home with a wood glider and Adirondack chairs to either begin the day or end the day watching the sunset.

We rented this property for the month of August. It suited our needs in all respects. Nicely furnished and the kitchen had good cookware, knives and tons of spices, which was great as i love to cook. The location is great! Across the street from Goodwill (I like thrifting!) A huge organic market (Pilgrims) and Trader Joes!
This was a perfect stay for us. The decor and furnishings were both charming and comfortable, but the attention to detail made it very special. We loved the porch glider and chairs, well appointed kitchen, linen cupboard and closet details. Anything we could think of was on site and available even if we did not need it this trip. The location was great for access to an amazing grocery store, parks and convenient walk to restaurants. We look forward to returning!
We had a great time and the property manager was very prompt with her responses. The only down side was that there is no AC in the home. It did get cool enough at night to sleep, but it was very warm in the evenings.

Thank you Zachary! We are planning on the upgrade of AC and should have it within the week we are only sorry that you and your family did not get to enjoy it while with us. We hope to host you next time you are enjoying the great CDA area.
Judi was very nice, and very attentive to our stay. She even wished me luck and congratulated me on my triathlon! So nice!
The house is absolutely beautiful, very clean, well stocked with all your needs, AND even had bottled water and sparkling waters in the refrigerator! It is located within a comfortable walk to downtown and parks. Also, there is an absolutely fantastic market directly across the street for those, like us, that like to cook at home.
I’ll be recommending Judi’s house to all our friends and family.

Thank you Scott, it was a pleasure to host you and we will be happy to have you again.
My husband and I rented this charming home for our stay in Coeur d'Alene and it did not disappoint. Probably the easiest check-in/out I've ever experienced with a VRBO. The house has clearly just been renovated and everything that you could need is there. New appliances, furniture, linens. Loved the root beer and waters left in the refrigerator to welcome us. Popcorn and coffee too. Air conditioning worked great, as did the TV. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. Judi went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, and when we unexpectedly had to shorten our trip she helped us with that as well. We whole-heartedly recommend a stay here, and we will definitely be back!

Well we cannot thank you enough for such a wonderful review! It was a pleasure hosting you and we look forward to having you again.
The house was beautiful and very clean. Judi went above and beyond by leaving a nice birthday balloon bouquet for my sisters milestone birthday which was such a nice surprise. She also had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.
The house is in a great location for a girls weekend in
Coeur d'Alene. We can't wait to come back!
We stayed at this property for 3 nights. Prior to arriving our host Judi provided instructions with easy to follow pictures for the keyless entry. She also provided beverages and coffee. My husband was raving about the bath towels that were provided for us to use. The area was safe and the home was very clean. We would definitely recommend to anyone interested in staying at this property.
The house is impeccably clean, fresh, and well appointed. We had everything we needed as well as a nicely stocked refrigerator with bottled water and drinks. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. Each bedroom and the living room had a nice oscillating tower fan. The property is convenient to downtown and the lakeshore but in a quiet area. It is reasonably priced and we throughly enjoyed our stay!
