Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.
Amenities: Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler. Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex. Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom. Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment. No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free. Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed. Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools. Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs. Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite. Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout. BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai. Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit. TV: Cable TV. TV's in Living Room, Main Bedroom and Guest Bedroom WIFI: WIFI included. Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided. Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

This place was perfect for my family and I to relax and unwind. It had all the amenities we needed. And Queens' Marketplace being so nearby was a nice convenience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. Communication was great. I'd definitely stay here again!!
The condo exceeded our expectations and was awesome. The location was such you could walk to the Queen shops and a short drive to the other shops and beach. Our favorite place was the beach left of lava lava beach club. Secluded and many turtles. I would definitely stay there again!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Everything was wonderful- the location was fantastic- so easy to walk over to the shops for coffee or whatever you might need! The pool was possibly the nicest I've ever been in. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and inviting!
This was the perfect place to stay for the Golf and Hawaii Experience. All the Resort Amenities, Beach Gear and Golf Discounts. Homerun all the way around.....

Great rental property in a nice area on the island. Arrival and departure instructions were very clear and very easy to follow. The property has a lot of nice features and amenities. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in their trip to this island.
The property was in an excellent location. Unit was exactly as pictured. I have had past experiences whereas the furniture was completely different than the picture. Everything from start to finish was wonderful. The only issue was a child running from back and forth in the unit above. Unfortunately, I had to call management just about every day. Management responded immediately every time, however, the occupants continued.
