Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use for $10.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00).Fitness Center and Locker Room for $20.00 per day, per person. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee.
Waikoloa Beach Resort Gold Membership Golf benefits (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses). Fees are $95.00 per person, per round. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes. Golf Club Rentals are $50.00. Instructions for using this privilege will be sent after reservation is confirmed. ***Rates subject to change
Amenities: Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler. Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex. Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom. Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment. No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free. Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed. Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools. Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs. Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite. Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout. BBQ: Community BBQ's near the pools Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit. Televisions: Cable. TV located in Living Room and Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom WIFI: WIFI included. Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided. Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Keurig Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.
Waikoloa Beach Villas L2 is located on the first floor of the L Building. Views of the golf course and tropical landscape from the lanai. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

This was our first time in Waikoloa. We loved the area! Food and shopping options a couple minute walk away. The condo was spacious, had comfy beds, nice amenities, and high-end appliances. Check-out was easy and we can’t wait to come back and stay again!
Cozy house, great set up! It was so nice to have a back yard and plenty of space to relax. The washer/dryer is a life saver on a long vacation.The community is quiet and secure with gates and walkable to great shops and a market.
Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, peaceful location. The Hilton Pool Pass was a wonderful addition to all the excellent amenities that we were promised and utilized. We would definitely stay there again!!!!!!!!
We had a wonderful stay. Condo was centrally located for our activities. Loved having the air conditioning! Enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio watching the early golfers. We’ll be back
The condo was clean and well located. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub along with the Hilton pool pass.
Check in and out was easy and everything had clear instructions.

Location is perfect and condo is just what we were looking for. We would stay here again. A few minor cosmetic things could be fixed, but certainly nothing that would prevent us from staying here again. Location was nice and quiet and I was able to work out on the patio while there.

We had an incredible stay at this property. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation and the Hilton pool pass was a plus! We were impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and the detailed instructions provided for our visit. We look forward to booking this property again for a future Big Island trip!
My family enjoyed our stay at this unit. The location was very convenient within the Waikoloa area. The unit was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. We enjoyed the porch and it was great to be on the ground floor for the kids to be able play outside. Would definitely stay here again.

We normally stay at hotels during vacation, but decided to try a condominium for our vacation and thoroughly enjoyed it. The unit also came with a Hilton pass so we could use the lagoon and swimming pool which was great for my family. Given the Hilton lagoon and swimming pools could get quite crowded, it was nice to have the option of the units own swimming pool which was much much quieter. Having laundry and a kitchen available in the unit was an amenity that we initially did not think we would use much, but ended up using it quite a bit as we wanted to eat in rather than always eating at a restaurant or purchased food at a location where we did not wish to eat at or did not have dining available. We intend to use this option on future vacations and intend on trying to rent this unit in the future.
