Experience the ultimate in comfort and convenience at Easy Livin' House at Kensington Place. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental comfortably sleeps 8 guests and offers a fantastic location near the heart of Foley, AL as well as easy access to the stunning beaches of Gulf Shores.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and modern open floor plan. The fully equipped kitchen boasts an island with seating for four, making it the perfect space for cooking and entertaining. The family room is the ideal spot to relax and unwind, with comfortable furnishings and a cozy atmosphere.

The primary bedroom (king) suite features a roomy bathroom with a double bowl vanity, 5' shower, and two walk-in closets. The second (king) and third (queen) bedrooms are located to the front of the home and share a second bathroom. The 4th bedroom (2 twins) is across the hall. The house is all one level, with no stairs. For added convenience, there's also a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Outside, you'll find a charcoal grill (renter responsible for supplying charcoal) and ample outdoor space.

This rental has a strict maximum capacity of 8 guests and air mattresses are not allowed. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles and must be in the garage or driveway. A prior approval for a 4th vehicle applies.

Easy Livin' House at Kensington Place is dog-friendly and allows one small dog less than 25 pounds with prior approval and applicable fee. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house, garage, or porch.

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent and the primary renter MUST be present and staying in the condo for the entire stay. This rental is not available for senior Spring Break attendees and parties are strictly prohibited upon arrival.

Delightful June

The house is new and very lovely. We enjoyed our stay so much. We had plenty of room to spread out. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms! We loved the spacious home, the fenced-in backyard with grill, the 3 car garage, all the bedrooms and bathrooms. We experienced great customer service. My only very slight disappointment is the distance to the beach. 30 minutes to Gulf Shores, a little longer to Orange Beach. However, neighborhood and home is so new, safe, and lovely. We come to this area every June and stay for the month and our kids ranked this home as their favorite. (even with the distance to the beach).

The home was perfect. Spacious enough for 8 people comfortably. Great location for everything. The house was very clean and it looks just like the pictures. It made you feel at home. The neighborhood was quiet. The beds are so comfortable. Tv in every room. It was perfect for a family of 8. We really enjoyed ourselves thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was great! We had a party of 8 in town for a sport tournament, and the house was everything we needed. Lots of space for the adults and kids and a great, quiet location. It was very easy to get to and from the event center, and we felt very safe. The kids even got out in the neighborhood for a walk. I made a few recommendations to the rental company, but there was nothing that negatively impacted our stay. I would love to stay here again.

Large house-Great location!

What a wonderful house! It was awesome to rent such a new property. I would definitely rent it again, if it were available. The garage was a real plus. The house was very large, clean and generally well appointed. The décor was tasteful and the furniture was great. And, there are 5 TVs. It was also wonderful to have a laundry in-house. But please note, the washer, which is located next to the kids bedroom, was extremely loud and vibrated quite a lot. Having a desk in the living room with an office chair was a super plus! I had a the perfect place sit sit and make jewelry for my Etsy shop. Also a great work space. The neighborhood was mostly quiet and so well located between Foley and Gulf Shores that we had no trouble finding many places to eat (Like the VERY close, Down South BBQ) and fun places to visit-like the zoo, which was only a mile away! It was very relaxing to sit on the patio with a beverage in the afternoon sun to read. The kitchen was also well appointed with great quality pots, pans, dishes and accessories. I forgot to add that the Hospitality app for my phone was a real help. The Gulf2Beach Management company is awesome to work with and very efficient. Notes: Garbage pick-up is Tuesdays and if you order from Amazon, add that they should deliver any packages to the front door-as there was no mailbox key provided. Be careful of the vinyl flooring, It may gouge easily. I noticed a large chunk out of the floor, under the sofa. All-in-all, it was a a great month long stay!!
