Great size

We enjoyed this property very much. We had nine people and everyone had space. It was a great location to shopping at the outlets to good food choices. Quiet street and nice neighborhood. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend this property.

Short family vacation

We were there for a 2 day vacation to go to OWA. It is a great location for exploring Foley and close enough to the beach for a day trip. The house was clean and decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with nice dishes and utensils. I would suggest replacing the coffee pot that is also capable of using kcups. Host was very gracious and accomodating when we had to make a change to our reservation, which is very appreciated. We will definitley consider staying here again when we are in the area.

Disappointed

Check in and communication was excellent. It appeared as though the house had not been cleaned in MONTHS. Every room was dirty. Duvet covers had dirt, stains and some with urine stains. Sheets were the same. We washed them and they came out clean and stain free. Beds were very uncomfortable. They did however refund half of our cleaning fee. But that does not make up for an uncomfortable stay. Neighborhood is questionable.

Hi Charlotte-- Thank you so much for the candid feedback. We are disappointed too! It is our first review that is not a five star review regarding the cleanliness of the home since it was listed. This has never been an issue for us and thank you for sharing details regarding the duvet to better coach our cleaners. The duvet needed to be stain treated rather than just washed. This seemed to be the crux of the problem. We did not know that the prior guest had children either, and children or pets on the reservation prompts our cleaner to bleach clean all of the sheets. This did not happen before your stay. You did not mention anything to us about the rest of the house. Please please message us with details or text/email us! This is our only way to coach our team and improve on this experience. This has never been an issue before, and we want to address any item that you recognized so that it is never an issue going forward.
