SUPPLIES PROVIDED
The following supplies will be those that we provide for you upon arrival at the property:
-Roll of Garbage bags -1 Small dish-washing detergent -1 Sponge - EACH BATHROOM WILL HAVE: -2 Toilet paper -1 small bar soap -garbage bags. Additional supplies are your responsibility.
Must be at least 21 years old to book reservation -No unregistered guests allowed. -No smoking inside home -No drugs -No pets.
-HOUSE EXCLUSIVELY AND STRICTLY FOR VACATION! (we do not accept filming without prior authorization, nor do we allow its use as a warehouse).
Disclaimer of LIABILITY: The property is privately owned and neither the owners nor we, the management company, accept any responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused. Jamaica is a Third World country we are not responsible for power outages, Internet loss, or water being turned off. It rarely happens but it could.

Upon arrival any damage or stains in the property must be messaged to us with a picture within 6 hours.
