This coastal older open space home with 4 beds+2 full couch beds close to everything.1 mile off HWY I-95 Exit 3,HWY 17.40.With 2 driveways.For people that have plans,looking for a affordable,clean,convenient place to run around. Minutes to restaurants,tesla station,city St.marys water front and catch cumberland island national seashore ferry,kings-bay navy base,crooked river, Jacksonville Zoo,JAX airport, fernandina beach,Jekyll and st Simons, Amelia Island. sanitized cleaning.Sleep 6 to 8 plus.
All beds are changed after each guest’s stay. The linens are white because they are bleached and cleaned after every guest. The floor tiles throughout the house are also thoroughly cleaned between stays.
Who wants to cook while on vacation? Lots of affordable fast-food,buffet,fresh seafood in the area!

Just of highway 40 and 1 mile of the intersection I-95 exit 3 and road 17, Walk to the post office and Lions Club Park and half mile exercise trail. Next to the mall (Education school and barber shop. Big ice machine onsite). 24 hours laundromat in walking distance! Different type beds and house space meet your big group convenience need!
