We look forward to your return trip (s)!!!!
You were great guests!!
Our host kept in contact periodically which was appreciated but we didn't have any problems. I did call about the thermostat as some chilly weather was expected but it was set right away & we were "toasty" the rest of our visit. The house was beautiful inside & had everything we needed & more. My husband loved it & wants to stay again when we are in the area.
Delightful and pleasant great accomodations for weekend stays and use of parks nearby and within walking distance of all amenities such as eateries, bookstores, and beach apparel. Wonderful location and churches loved the care and extras such as the welcome note, coffee, and sentiments.
Wonderful cottage. Wonderful host. Tina took such care in creating a beautiful environment for our trip to St Mary’s. The home was filled with everything we needed. Tina responded quickly to any questions I had before and during our stay. I highly suggest staying here and we hope to return.

We will happily host you anytime! You’re a great communicator and Guest, and youleft our home in stellar shape. I am so glad you felt comfortable and welcome. Please return soon and bring a friend! Thanks again!
House very user friendly, plenty of plug-ins for all of our electronic devices, beautifully decorated with coastal decor, two sitting areas with a tv in each, fenced yard-great for letting pets safely roam, plenty of parking for boat and up to three vehicles and not far from some great restaurants. Easy access to several boat landings and great bait shop within a block or two, also several really nice antique stores not far away in town. Beautiful park with lots of swings facing the water to be able to just take in the ambulance of the coast. A great place to stay and relax and unwind.
We spent a delightful 4 nights at Coastal Retreat. The river, shops & plenty of restaurants were all within walking distance. Coastal Delight was the the most well stocked accommodation I have experienced. Shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, hand soap, dish soap, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, flour, spices, coffee pods, variety of chips & whatever food was in the cabinets were available. Having the use of 4-5 bikes, kayaks, & a variety of outside & board games were an added bonus. We didn't bring our dogs, but Coastal Retreat would be an easy place to do so in the future. A huge fenced yard, dog dishes & toys & even a cage were provided. No need to fill up your car with all these necessary extras. Tina's communication was spot on, very friendly & available for any concerns we may have had. Can't wait to stay there in the again!

Suzanne and guests were tremendous guests! They took great care of our home and we would LOVE to have them return soon and often!!!
My husband and I really enjoyed staying in this cute coastal cottage! Its location can’t be beat, it’s walkable to so many things to do in st Mary’s. Tina has done a good job providing you with everything you need to feel right at home. She left a few snacks for us, which was much appreciated upon arrival! Tina provides a Welcome book with so much information about the area and restaurants, which is really helpful. The neighborhood is nice and was a great place to walk with our dog. The fenced in yard was a definite plus! The water pressure in the showers are amazing! Everything was a clean and inviting. Highly recommend staying here.

A great thanks to Lori and her family! Communication was clear and they left our home in great shape! We look forward to hosting them again when the temperatures are a little bit cooler so they can enjoy additional time in the area. We look forward to having you return!!
We fell in love with Saint Marys a few months ago, and will one day retire here. We travelled with the Army and my husband is a retiree. We enjoy the water - fishing, crabbing, and its beauty. We are avid gardeners and will work to create an oasis among the colorful camelias in the backyard - a work in progress! We come and enjoy our second home as often as we can, and we hope you fall in love with the beauty of Saint Marys - its waterways, walkability, shopping, eating, and gracious people.
Why they chose this property
We recently discovered Saint Marys and the beauty of its beauty - people and place. We have great neighbors, and we love the walkability of our location. A quick walk to shopping and to the waterfront! The sunrises to the left and the sunsets to the right....the bright stars in the midnight skies....no better place to take it all in.
What makes this property unique
Our home was built as a 'papermill house' when the papermill was key to this city. The tongue-and-groove structure is solid and the house has been carefully and lovingly kept. The old oaks with their flowing spanish moss keep with the southern charm.
