Located in the popular area of downtown Fort Lauderdale, you'll find great shopping, and dining. This home is only 3 miles from FLL Airport and 5 miles from one of South Florida’s most popular beaches (10 minute drive). The Sea-renity Villa is spacious, cozy, and instagram ready for your next get-away!

*Please note, there are two ring cameras on the premises, this is for security purposes only! One located directly outside the front door, and one attached outside on the back of the house.

Property has it all for any occasion. Stayed at this property back to back. Great location near beaches, airport, restaurants, fast food restaurants, hotels for other family near by and so spacious. Great place and will be back again.

Stayed for a week with my 3 children, grand niece and my sister to visit my dad.Everyone had their own space and we relaxed and visted family. Played golf, used the jacuzzi and kitchen is roomy. My father and his grands and great grands had a great time.

I loved my stay here! The house was very clean, modern and spacious. I loved the book with all of the instructions. The rooms, living room, play area, kitchen, bathrooms and outdoor patio were all beautiful. The host was very helpful and nice, communicated well. I would definitely recommend this house!

Sunshine Getaway

This property was in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just a quick drive away from many activities. The house was clean, modern, and accurately described in this listing. The house was in amazing condition, along with the rest of the rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and accessories for us to be able to cook which was a blessing. We really loved this house…it exceeded our expectations as a family !

Sea-Renity!

Zack and Natalie’s hospitality was unmatched compared to previous places I had stayed in the past. They were extremely welcoming and always checked up and made sure everything was all good and comfortable at their property. The backyard is spacious and beautiful and there is plenty of room in the house. Definitely recommend to anybody!
