This independent vacation home in the immediate vicinity of Marliana (about 1 km) is surrounded by olive trees and has a private pool. Here you can completely regenerate and forget the stresses of everyday life! The house has the typical warmth of Tuscan houses with exposed wooden beams and is located within a beautiful terraced natural plot where rest areas have been created, inviting you to sunbathe or where you can read a good book and enjoy a good glass of wine. The beautiful pool with waterfall is at your exclusive disposal and will make your children happy! In this area rich in wooded hills, nature lovers and hikers are spoiled for choice, because there are even trails that wind very close to the house. The small village of Marliana is situated 469 meters above sea level and is surrounded by fir and chestnut woods. It is famous for the collection of chestnuts and mushrooms used as ingredients for local specialties. Visit the many restaurants and trattorias in the area, as well as the numerous Food & Wine Festivals that take place throughout the year and taste these delicious dishes. Among the specialties we recommend: Croutons or pasta dishes with porcini mushrooms and "Necci", a kind of crêpes made with chestnut flour, usually filled with ricotta cream. For wellness lovers we point out that the famous spa town of Montecatini Terme is only 13 km away and the art cities of Tuscany, such as Florence, Lucca and Pisa, can all be reached in about 1 hour by car.

Tolles Ferienhaus im Nirgendwo

Wunderschönes Anwesen mit schönem Grundstück, toller Pool, unglaubliche Aussicht. Haus toll ausgestattet, auch an viele Kleinigkeiten ist gedacht. Ein paar mehr Töpfe und Pfannen wären schöner und eine kleine Garderobe im Herbst sehr hilfreich. Sehr freundliche vor Ort Betreuung, Grazie mille Massimo. Ausstattung Zimmer und Bäder sehr wertig, alles Top. Der Anfahrtsweg ist eine Herausforderung, aber das ist in dieser Gegend Standard. Tipp: den großen Kühlschrank nutzen, täglich Einkaufen möchte ich nicht... Unbedingt das Restaurant La Baitta, ca. 10 Minuten entfernt probieren. Unglaubliche Fleischqualität sensationelle Weine und das zu sehr fairen Preisen.
