It was a short but truly fulfilling trip. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and a comfortable place to stay, which made our time really happy. Silvia was very kind and always responded immediately whenever we had any issues. I would love to visit again!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche bei traumhaften Wetter. Wir haben jeden Tag den Pool genutzt und viele tolle Sachen erlebt. Verbesserungsfähig wäre das WiFi, da dieses nur sehr selten funktioniert hat.

Heel fijn huis, vriendelijke en beetje gereserveerde eigenaar. Je hebt wel privacy. Mooi en schoon zwembad, leuke veranda.Tip 1 : voeg 2 ligbedden toe aan het zwembad, en twee fijne stoelen bij de veranda. Het was een beetje behelpen op dat gebied. Tip 2: airco of ventilator, het was warm 's nachts in het huis. Verder perfect!

Maison calme avec un charme kitsch d'une vieille maison de Toscane. Idéal pour decouvrir Pise, Lucca ou Florence. Accès wifi peu régulier. Propriétaires discrets et très gentils. Voiture indispensable pour se balader.

Lammari près de Lucca 2025

Pour nous c’était un rendez vous de famille et des racines italiennes notre séjour nous a rappelé notre enfance a bien des titres. Des escapades à Florence, Lucca et ses environs. Nous avons profité de la piscine l’appartement est régulé par le frais des montagnes proches, ainsi que les commodités pour ce séjour. Les propriétaires ont été charmants, discrets. Et ont acceptés notre petit chien endroit merveilleux pour lui aussi.

2 Wochen in der Toskana

Das Haus befindet sich auf dem Grundstück der Vermieter. Carport auf dem komplett eingezäunten Grundstück ist vorhanden. Der Empfang durch Tomasso war sehr freundlich und wir konnten alle weiteren Dinge auch kurzfristig mit Silvia per WhatsApp klären. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist zweckmäßig, war aber okay. Das Doppelbett im Erdgeschoss ist nur 160cm breit und war für mein empfinden zu hart, aber dass empfindet Jeder anders. Den Pool durften wir zwischen 10-13 Uhr und 16-19 Uhr nutzen. Dafür hatten wir ihn für diese Zeit auch komplett für uns. Er war immer sauber und wird täglich gepflegt. Der Zustand der Holzumrandung ist renovierungsbedürftig, aber noch als sicher einzustufen. Unsere Hündin fand die große Wiese toll und konnte sich frei bewegen. Das Haus selbst befindet sich in Lammari in einer eher ländlichen Umgebung. Zum Einkaufen ist auf jeden Fall ein Auto erforderlich. Empfehlenswerte Pizzeria ist das Ristorante da Pinzo, Via Nazionale 1027, Piazza Cesare Battisti - 55100 Ponte A Moriano. Pizzen sind sehr lecker und günstig. Nicht empfehlen können wir die Antica Osteria in Lucca. Sehr überhebliches Personal, die einen zu einer großen Bestellung drängen und überteuert.

Top Gegend aber Hauseinrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Super guter Kontakt zum Vermieter und Silvia welche nebenan wohnt und sich um Alles vor Ort kümmert. Tolle Gegend für Ausflüge, ein Paradies zum Motorradfahren. Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub!

Alles bestens!

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die immer sehr schnell geantwortet haben. Ferienhaus ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, schöne Terasse und in der Wohnküche großer Esstisch. Heizung hat bestens funktioniert.
