Romantic Studio Cottage, Walk to Town

A romantic hideaway in Sag Harbor's historic district, within easy walking distance of Main Street. This sweet studio guesthouse is perfect for two, with its own private entrance. In addition to the studio living space, it features a well-stocked kitchenette, full bathroom (shower only), cozy electric fireplace, and comfy queen-size Murphy bed. Free WiFi included.

Available for weekends stays only.

Please note that parking is available for ONE car only, and is street-side, just past the cottage. No driveway parking is available.

During peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts. Unapproved early check-ins or late checkouts will be subject to an additional fee. Thank you for understanding.

Please note we cannot provide beach passes, as they are non-transferable. Day passes can be purchased at the local beaches.

Cozy nest in Sag Harbor

With its beach cottage feel, this rustic little gem made us feel cozy and safe. Conveniently located a few minutes from the center of town made it perfect for what we needed. Our hosts were kind and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay.

We are a married couple, and ex-pat New Yorkers. We have been living in Sag Harbor for over 30 years, and raised our two (now adult) kids here. We feel very fortunate to live in this beautiful corner of the world, and are pleased to be able to share it with you.

Why they chose this property

We have owned this home for over 25 years. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, historic, and easy walking distance to town. We are a stone's throw from the bay on all sides - you walk along the harbor to get to town and if you go in the other direction, it's a lovely 20 minute walk around the Redwood peninsula.

What makes this property unique

The studio is cosy and quaint - a charming New England-style cottage, with a white-washed wood interior decorated in Sag Harbor coastal style. It is a .5 mile easy walk to town. It's affordable (by Hamptons standards!) but offers all the amenities.
