A great long weekend of fun!

We had 15 people (7 kids) and the house worked perfectly for us! The kids also enjoyed the pool and the pickleball court! The grownups enjoyed the hot tub! We loved the view as well! Well stocked house with really anything we needed…even for a Thanksgiving dinner! We will most certainly rent again if the opportunity arises! Great communication with property manager!!!

Excellent Choice!

We had our family of 13, ages 9-84, and everyone loved the property. Great grandmother had a ground floor room, the kids enjoyed all the amenities, the hot tub was great, and the beds and pillows were comfortable.We loved our stay!

What a wonderful home! We had an amazing time in Branson and this house was just what we needed. From booking to departing the host was helpful, kind, and quick to respond. Although we didn’t need to reach out much because the house was fully stocked, clean, and ready for us to enjoy! Everyone loved having their own bedroom with attached bathroom. It was also nice to have a washer & dryer on each floor, so convenient! The hot tub was enjoyed by all and the balcony was great for enjoying our morning coffee and watching the fireflies at night. The home was close to all the fun attractions and restaurants in Branson too which was an added bonus. If you’re looking for a spacious home for a larger group, choose this one, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing property with everything a family needs!

Our large family had an incredible stay; everything was as described! The property was clean, spacious, accommodating and decorated tastefully. We were located close to all attractions, restaurants and shopping. We loved the outdoor space, hot tub and pools. Communication was clear and friendly through the entire booking process and stay. Our family truly enjoyed our trip and would highly recommend this property!

Perfect vacation rental

This vacation rental was exactly as described. Lake view, perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again. The host made check in and out very easy. We had access to a pool and pickleball court. If you want easy access to Silver Dollar City, Caves, Butterfly Palace please consider Life or Riley!

First time to Branson

For a family of 12’s first time in Branson this house made great memories! Easy to get to all the activities and attractions. Wonderful space for all of us to be together or spread out. The kids loved the pools, basketball court and pickleball court too! Check in and out was so easy! Thank you!

Family birthday

We had a great time celebrating a family birthday. House was close to Silver Dollar City and Branson attractions. Great living and bedroom space for our group of 9. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was large enough for several cooks and well stocked. We enjoyed the deck space throughout the days and enjoyed the view of Table Rock Lake. Becky was very responsive during the rental process and also for one minor problem during the stay.

Perfect for multiple families

The house was exactly as described, plenty of space for 3 separate families and kids. We had prompt responses from the property manager when we encountered an issue (it was very minor, and she sent someone to help immediately).

Family vacation

We just stayed at this home last week for our family vacation. Check in was easy. We found the home exactly as described. The home had everything we needed along with a beautiful view of Table Rock Lake and close to many attractions. Having bedrooms on three floors allowed my daughter’s family use the bottom floor for naps and quiet time for the small children. The owner was very responsive when we discovered we only had 3 pickleball paddles when we were heading to the court. We will use this home again when we visit Branson

Spacious, luxury home rental with beautiful views of Table Rock Lake!

Our group of families and teens had a great and memorable, fun stay at Life of Riley. All of the details were covered in this wonderful rental house. Great lower-level accommodations for our kids to unwind, hot tub/jacuzzi for all, big patio grill, equipped kitchen, games and table and kitchen island space for big group meals. We had a wonderful time! We utilized the pools, pickle ball court and did several day trips from our location to local activities/attractions like deep cave hikes, a walk around the boat marina, mountain coaster ride, a magician show, and exploring downtown Branson. So fun! We’ll be back!

Great trip

We’ve stayed in the area before but this was our first at Riley. Shortly after arrival, Becky text to make sure we were happy and to see if we needed anything. We had an issue with the hot tub (totally our fault) and I text her and she was on it. We had plenty of space and room for relaxing, kids playing, watching football and lots of family game nights. We were totally unaware of the NYE festivities in Branson. Our view of the fireworks at midnight and the sound of the entire neighborhood shouting “Happy New Year” with kids banging pans to bring in 2023 was absolutely incredible!! We come to Branson often but this trip, was definitely one of the best! We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful!

This house was awesome. It’s a great location we went to silver dollar city and dogwood canyon while we were there. Both were a very easy drive from the house. Everything was fully stocked. I am use to having to bring extra toilet paper trash bags etc. but not here they stock everything with extra. My only complaint was that the hot tub was set to 86 degrees when we arrived at 9pm so we were unable to use it that night. I know you can check in earlier we were at silver dollar city so unable to. However you will want to check that upon arrival if you plan to use. The other thing was the tvs. There wasn’t one in bedroom on main floor and one in bedroom upstairs wasn’t set up. These were only small inconveniences for us. Overall everything was great. Easy to get in. Great communication. I will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Branson.

Great Place-Great Host

We had a group of 9 adults staying at the house. Four couples and one single. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. The bedrooms were large, and some had furniture to put your clothes in. There were TVs in all bedrooms except the main level master bedroom. The living room was small and not enough seating for everyone. So, some of us had to sit at the kitchen table which was no big deal. The kitchen was large enough with plenty of dishes, etc. for cooking and eating. There was only one dish towel so you may want to bring a couple of extra ones along with you. The outside deck was nice with a large picnic table but only had two outdoor chairs. Some of us used the dining room chairs instead of sitting on the picnic table bench. The house was exceptionally clean from top to bottom. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms had plenty of bath towels. The host responded to my texts and answered my questions very quickly. They texted me to let me know that the room was ready even before check-in time. Accessing the house was easy and they don't expect much from you other than taking the trash out and turning on the dishwasher when you leave. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I would definitely stay here again.

Life of Riley review

This property has everything you need for your stay in Branson, great views, close to the strip, 3 levels with plenty of space for a large family or several families. Spa and short walk to pool area and recreation areas. I was completely satisfied with this location and experience. If your looking for a great spot this is it.
