About this property

Family-friendly vacation apartment with large garden

Our holiday home Fresena has two apartments.
The starboard apartment is modern and comfortably furnished and has its own charm. On the ground floor are the kitchen, the living room with the dining area and the bathroom with shower.
A small staircase leads up to two of the three bedrooms. The larger is equipped with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There is also a seating area. There is also the possibility to set up a travel cot. The children's room has two single beds. The attic is accessed via another staircase, here is the third bedroom, which is also equipped with two single beds.
There is also a terrace for outdoor dining. The large garden with sandpit and various playground equipment invites you to play and run around. The second terrace is located in the back of the garden and is ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.
A parking space in front of the house offers enough space for your car.

Sehr sauber

Wir waren eine Woche mit Kindern (7&16) in der Wohnung/Haus. Die Wohnung war eher ein kleines Haus, da es über 3 Etagen verteilt ist. Alles sehr sauber. Die Treppe in das DG, wo sich der 3. Schlafraum befindet ist sehr steil, war für unsere 16 Jährige aber kein Problem. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat alles gut geklappt und bei Kleinigkeiten wurde schnell für Abhilfe gesorgt. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb. Mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad ist man schnell in Dornumersiel, wo man auch viel unternehmen kann. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Der große Garten und die vielen Outdoor-Spielgeräte waren ein Highlight für unsere Kinder (2 und 4). In der Wohnung ist alles da, was man braucht und mit dem Rad ist man in ein paar Minuten am Strand. Obwohl die Vermieter selbst in Urlaub waren, war alles sehr gut organisiert. Als der TV-Empfang ausgefallen ist war direkt jemand vor Ort um zu helfen und das Problem in ein paar Minuten gelöst. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Viel Platz für Kinder

Wir (meine Frau, ich und Sohn 16 Monate alt) hatten recht kurzfristig diese schöne Ferienwohnung gefunden. Die Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus was bei Problemen oder Fragen super praktisch ist, zudem ist das eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Familie. Zur Ausstattung, die Wohnhng hat alles was man so im Alltag braucht. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt was auch absolut super ist. Einzig wenn man länger bleiben will und auch mal Waschen möchte muss man zu einem Waschsalon fahren. Ein absoluter Pluspunkt ist der große Garten wo jedem Kind ein Grinsen durchs gesicht fährt. Wir werden auf jeden fall wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße aus Bayern.

Ideal für Familie

Eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung für Familien perfekt geeignet! Der Garten ist ein Traum für Kinder. Die windgeschützte Terrasse ist ideal zum Erholen, dabei hat man die Kinder immer im Blick! Zum Strand und für Besorgungen braucht man immer das Auto.

Gemütlicher ausgangsstandort

Wir haben die zwei Wochen bei Kleemanns sehr genossen, vor allem die sonnigen Nachmittage auf der Terrasse mit dem schönen Blick in den Garten. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, nur die Abzugshaube am Herd haben wir doch gelegentlich nicht im Blick gehabt und uns den Kopf gestoßen:-) Der Weg zum Meer ist leider nicht ganz direkt, daher kleiner Minuspunkt bei der Lage. Aber als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren oder Tagesausflüge ins Umland dennoch sehr geeignet.

Ferienwohnung der Extraklasse

Sehr schöne Wohnung, es fehl an nichts, mit großer Terasse und viel Spielplatz für die Kinder. In der, zu Fuß erreichbaren Umgebung gibt es Frühstück, Restaurant, Supermarkt, und zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Sehr zu empfehlen

Schöne Wohnung

Es waren schöne 5 Tage in Dornumersiel. Ruhig, nette Menschen, Nordseewetter und eine schöne Wohnung, in der man gerne seine Zeit zwischen den Aktivitäten berbringt.
