Natiivo is in the southeast quadrant of downtown Austin, right by the river/lake. Lots of restaurants, food trucks, and nature trails pretty much out the door. Downtown proper, Rainey Street, South Congress, Barton Springs, and Zilker Park are all a short bikeride or drive away.
Entire unit (except owner’s closet) plus all building amenities (rooftop pool deck, fitness center, club room, workspaces, and yoga room). Bedroom closet and dresser will be empty and available.
