House is situated on the Guilford/Branford town centrally located to downtown areas, beaches, parks, shopping, wineries, breweries and restaurants. Near venues Bill Miller’s castle and Nuzzo’s farm. Close to New Haven (15-20 minutes)

Cute place! Communication, entrance/exit protocols, and privacy were great. Seemed to have everything we would need in the kitchen, though we didn't end up using it. Washer/dry in-unit would be useful for a longer stay. We would have preferred firmer beds.

The place was very clean, the kitchen had all the things you could need and we very much appreciated the complimentary water and snacks upon arrival. Check in was a breeze. Communication was great.

Superb Stay!

My daughter and I stayed here to attend a festival in Bridgeport. We were easily able to coordinate transportation into New Haven to access the Metro via Uber and felt very safe doing so! The property is exactly as advertised and includes everything you’d need for a comfortable stay! The Welcome Book is extremely helpful and thorough! There are many stores close by for gas, groceries, etc. The only negative for us was the close proximity of a major road and the sound of passing vehicles. If you’re a light sleeper (like us!) I definitely recommend a noise canceling device. Other than that, our stay was perfect and would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the area!

Perfect place to stay for proximity to family. The basket of treats on arrival was a nice touch. Our only issue was water pressure which I think was related to the well pump. Future renters should know that access to the living room is through the bedrooms but didn’t hinder us at all. Would stay again!
