Getting up to go down - holidays on the sunny balcony of the Ötztal

In the heart of the beautiful mountains of the Ötztal is an oasis of rest and relaxation - the cottage ladder. They arrive and immediately feel at home in the homelike atmosphere. Our house and the beautiful high plateau of Niederthai (1. 550m) offer the best conditions for a relaxing and varied holiday in Tyrol.

Our holiday apartment is the ideal "base camp" for a relaxing and varied holiday season. After an exciting day in the Ötztal mountains, you can let the day end comfortably in our apartment with 2 separate bedrooms (upper floor) and a cozy living room with kitchenette (ground floor). Furthermore, there are 2 bathrooms with shower / WC, 2x SAT-TV, free WLAN, balcony, terrace and a ski / boot room with boot dryer in the apartment. For our younger guests we offer cot, high chair, and backpack for extended trips.

In summer, the most beautiful hiking trails start right outside the front door. Numerous managed pastures and huts invite you to linger and recharge your batteries. Bathing lakes, swimming pools, many open cable cars, children's fun park, via ferrata and much more. offer something for every relaxation taste in the Ötztal. With the Ötztal Card you can use practically all leisure facilities in the Ötztal free of charge. The Ötztal Card can be purchased directly from us in the house.

Snow safety and many hours of sunshine. Right in front of our house, you can strap on the cross-country skis and on the 20km of groomed cross-country ski trail make their tracks across the high plateau. The small but beautiful family ski area of Niederthai is especially suitable for children and beginners. The ski lifts and the local ski school can be reached in a few minutes. If you want to enjoy the gentle winter to the fullest, there are countless possibilities - snowshoe hikes in pristine forests and high valleys, numerous open huts and snack stations, 2 toboggan runs, ski tours to 3. 300m, build a snowman, snowball fight and much more.

Guests of our house receive from the 1. Day of your stay with us the "Niederthai Card" - the guest card for your winter holiday. With the Niederthai Card you can enjoy numerous benefits and perks. This card is included in the apartment price and is valid for the duration of your stay.

Really pleasant stay, very nice house, big bedrooms and beatiful surroundings.

I was here with my girlfriend and my daughter. We had a really pleasant stay in a very nice house with really big bedrooms and of course the beautiful surroundings of Niederthai. The kitchen and the living room are somewhat small, but for the 3 of us it was enough. And it was very cozy. We were very pleased with the cleaness of the house and the bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The bedrooms itself are very big and the beds are kingsize. The hosts were very nice to us and made sure that we have all that we needed. A drawback of Niederthai is that there is no real centre, so for groceries or a backer you have to go to Umhausen. For the rest the surroundings are incredible with clear view on high 3000+ m peaks with snow. Also the view from the balcony on the mountain in front is very nice. From the house you can start walking in the Niederthai valley. I also loved all the country animals in Niederthai (Alpaca's, Cows). They were really funny to watch at times. I can really recommend this place to anyone who wants to have mountains in front of them and who love the peace and silence of alpine nature!

Mooie woning. De eigenares is heel vriendelijk en geeft vele tips voor uitstappen in de buurt. Zij staat steeds paraat voor eventuele vragen. Schitterend verblijf gehad in Tirol!

Nette vakantiewoning in prachtige omgeving

Rustige locatie in het Ötztal naast een boerderij, koeien in het weiland voor het huis. Grote slaapkamers, relatief kleine woonkamer/keuken. Prachtig wandelen vanuit het huis en (met de auto) vanuit de andere plaatsen in het Ötztal.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, in toller Lage. Super gastfreundliche Familie

Wir hatten mit unseren beiden Kindern einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, und super ausgestattet, alles auch sehr sauber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl. Lediglich die Abwicklung über Die Agentur FeWo direkt empfanden wir als schlecht, da hier viel Verwirrung beim Thema Zahlungsmittel/Anzahlung/Schlusszahlung entstand
