Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht und tolle Wanderungen in der Umgebung gemacht. Meine Familie (Hund) fanden die Wohnung sehr gemütlich, mit viel Platz. Der Umgang mit den Vermietern war freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Spülmaschine hätte etwas größer sein können.

Große Ferienwohnung mit schöner Terrasse

Die große Ferienwohnung mit schöner Terrasse, eingezäuntem Garten und sehr kleiner Küche liegt am Hang im Ortsteil Habichen und eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen im Ötztal. Der wunderschöne Piburger See ist in 25 min (nur) zu Fuß zu erreichen, Ötz mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Sportbekleidung und -ausrüstung) sowie Restaurants in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Die freundlichen Vermieter wohnen im Haus und sind sehr hilfsbereit.

Gut gelegen, nette Vermieter, Küche zu klein

Die Anlage ist gut gelegen und bietet auch 2 Abstellplätze für PKW Die Vermieterin ist freundlich - die Zimmer sind alle groß genug und der Garten sehr schön Das Mobiliar ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und die Küche ist leider viel zu klein und ohne Ofen - das sollte man vorher wissen. Preis Leistung ist in Ordnung - Habichen bietet sich als Ausgangspunkt für viele Touren an.

Heerlijk comfortabel ruim huis

Een fijn huis met een rustige ligging. 3 badkamers is erg fijn als je met 6 personen verblijft. Ruim voldoende servies en verdere huisraad. Prima bedden. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren van de woning. De keuken is klein in verhouding tot de rest van de woning. Korte afstand naar Oetz en de skilift.

Verblijf in Casa Hubertus

Mooi groot appartement met leuke split level indeling en mooie tuin. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. We zijn hier met 6 volwassen personen (3 stellen, wijzelf en onze zoon en dochter met resp vriendin en vriend) geweest, voldoende ruimte. Ten tijde van ons verblijf was het uitzicht wel wat verpest door enkele bouwkranen en verbouwing aan het pand waar uitzicht op was vanaf de tuin. Gelukkig was er geen lawaai en hadden we een vol programma (Hoch Otz mooi!) zodat we hier geen last van hadden.

Fijn verblijf

Heel mooie ontzettend ruime woning om te verblijven tijdens de vakantie. Goed gelegen op een mooie plek met alles wat nodig is in de buurt. Heerlijk om een afgezette tuin te hebben met jonge kinderen. Fijne verhuurders. Zeer tevreden.

Christmas Visit

The accommodation was very well presented, lots of space (except for the tiny kitchen area) and very comfortable. The owners were friendly and easy to deal with, plenty of space for the car and easy to find. The location for skiing the valley is excellent with the local area very close - a 2 minute drive away. The broadband provided did not work which is the only slight negative of our stay. We only had 3 staying so the tiny kitchen was not a problem, it might be with a larger party.

Toller Urlaub

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut. Einziger kleiner Mangel ist die sehr kleine Küche. Wer sich selber versorgt, darf keine Platzangst haben. ;) Der Kühlschrank kühlte sehr stark, da das Gefrierfach nicht schloss. Ansonsten aber eine top Unterkunft.

Klasse Unterkunft

Super Unterkunft mit einer guten Ausstattung und bester Aussicht auf die Berge. Zudem nur ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Area 47 entfernt, was unser Hauptkriterium war. Gerne wieder!
