I have always wanted to be a host, and had my first opportunity to buy this charming property. It is close to downtown, and I love that it is near family.

This neighborhood is up and coming! Lots of remodels and lots of new, young neighbors, dog walkers, enjoying the Uber/Lyft Vibe of getting to and from downtown.

What makes this property unique
