The South Lamar neighborhood is just a hop and a skip to most of Austin’s attractions such as Zilker, downtown, Lady Bird Lake and more! I LOVE this neighborhood because of all of the trees, unique homes that give off an “Austin” feel and the proximity to Austin’s BEST restaurants! You can find every type of food just a few minutes away on South Lamar!

What makes this property unique

We’ve spent time to ensure the property has a modern, clean feel but also home-y! We’ve been ensured all 3 rooms have a luxury, comfortable mattress, as well as included a fully equipped kitchen with high quality cookware and several appliances such as a rice cooker, multiple types of blenders and more! We wanted to feel confident all of our guests will feel at home and have everything they need!
