Charming beach cottage with large deck and dock walk to beach swim kayak boat and or paddle right out in back . Large family room with wet bar , breakfast nook 3 bedroom, 2 bedrooms with attached full baths outside tiki bar and shower/ changing space. Parking for 3 cars on site. Beverage refrigerator, corn hole ring hook and board games 2 levels of outside seating and sunbathing. 4 bikes with locks and four beach badges… new to VRBO BUT have 5 star , “super host “ rating on the other major rental site

We had a wonderful time at Frank’s beach house! We loved the back deck and lagoon, paddle boarding and kayaks. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious for us all to enjoy! Great location, we love Manasquan/Point area and would recommend anyone to visit this beach house! Frank was easily reachable during our stay and my kids loved the homemade brownies when we arrived!

Regina and her family were great guests They were very clean and respectful of the house and amenities. I would highly recommend them to anyone as a guest. And hope they return next time they are looking to stay in the Manasquan area
