Main floor features front and rear decks with porch swing and adirondack chairs, 75-inch TV, 8-person dining table, Sonos speakers, full kitchen with 4-person bar seating, and half bath.

Upper floor features 3 Bedrooms, laundry washer/dryer and full guest bathroom with tub/shower combo: Primary bedroom includes Peloton bike, en suite full bath, and deck with adirondack chairs. Guest bedroom includes Queen bed. Kids bedroom with twin over full bunk bed plus air mattress and 40-inch TV.

Garage / Yard level features Outdoor shower, Indoor Bar and Covered Outdoor Lounge area with sectional sofa, 50-inch TV, gas grill, mini-fridge, ping pong table, beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys.

Property lived up to the photos and description and exceeded my expectations. Owner thought of lots of small details - besides beach badges and chairs, there was a beach wagon, toys, etc for our use. House super clean and well appointed. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful house close to the beach. The layout and furnishings are very homey and comfortable. It contains everything we needed for our week.2 minor issues which you may not be aware of. All kitchen knives are very dull and the kitchen faucet is very hard to use.

Great house and Great Location

My wife and our 2 college aged kids enjoyed our stay. The house is well stocked. We really enjoyed the downstairs area with ping pong and some other games. The walk to the beach is very quick, and the surrounding neighborhood is nice to walk around. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend this house to others.

Wonderful stay in Manasquan!

We had the best week renting the “Purple Rain” house! Beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and super comfortable! The owners are lovely and incredible to work with. The home is stocked with all everything you need to make it more like a hotel stay, big plus for busy Moms! Big plus, this home is located on a great family friendly quiet street in Squan! We’re grateful for our memories made there!

Great Manasquan property

Wonderful newer house in heart of the beach area in Manasquan. Very appropriate and considerate neighbors and no issues with noise or parties. Great fenced in backyard and downstairs entertainment area. New kitchen and great balcony’s to sit on and watch fireworks from. An easy family rental for a quick week in the summer for a family with young kids.

Beautiful, New, & Immaculate Beach House

Absolutely loved this house. Fantastic location, just blocks from beautiful beach and delicious beach eats. Great outside area. Super clean, freshly painted, gorgeous bathrooms, modern but still inviting and beachy, lots of light. Nice neighborhood. Manasquan is a wonderful beach town. Family friendly but still night light.! The host was very gracious and a great communicator. Made it super easy to check in and checkout. There’s fun touches around the house, Like board games, smart tvs, porch swing, big bean bag, access to beach chairs. Overall excellent experience!!! Highly recommend.
