Great view of Lake Superior.

The six of us come North to relax and walk the Mackinac bridge on Labor Day. The house was nicer and larger than it looks in the online pictures. We all truly enjoyed our stay.

The view was amazing!

It was hard to leave because the view was just that good. But there were so many amazing things close by to see. Everyone in our family slept so good, and had so much fun unplugging and recharging. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us.

Alright for the location

We stayed for a week. Excellent swimming in the lake. Very warm for superior. Location was mint. House was much less desirable. Definitely a "landlord special" nice and clean when we got there but the overall condition of the cabin and the general feel wasn't very good.

Paradise in Paradise

The home is as you see it in the pictures but more spacious than the pics show. It is very well stocked. The location on Lake Superior in the secluded wooded lot couldn't be more ideal for peace, quiet and relaxing. The sunrises and moon rises are seen from the back deck and are spectacular. Amazing location to see Northern Lights. Good central location to take in the local area sites. Two very nice restaurants within a mile. A gem in Paradise. Mi.

Beautiful location

Great location close to Paradise & easy drive to everything we wanted. Cabin is just as described, beautiful views of Lake Superior. We didn't use the steps to the sandy beach below the cabin as I am not physically able but they appear to be sturdy and I'm sure the views from there are stunning.

Nice place to hang out and relax

We very much enjoyed the outdoor space of this property including the deck, bonfire area with plenty of wood, and especially the beach area at the bottom of the 40 or so stairs. The inside of the house has generally everything you need for cooking or grilling and a nice layout for relaxing. We appreciated the coffee too. There are cameras on the outside of the property we would have liked to know about, but other than that we had a very good time and would recommend for anyone who wants a nice place to stay and can be comfortable spending a lot of time there. The WiFi was excellent, and location close enough to the little town, but still in your own private oasis. Beautiful views of the sunrise were a bonus!

Annual hunting trip.

The cabin was just what we were looking for. Close to town while private and a bit of space to move around. And the views are, of course, amazing. Very cozy and clean with everything in working order. And for four guys that are used to the bare necessities when hunting, it was quite an upgrade. Honestly, a great place to stay for any occasion that would bring one to Paradise and the surrounding area.

Our time in Paradise!

Lovely stay in a private woodsy lakefront retreat! Front row for beautiful sunrises. We were grateful for all the amenities and comforts provided. It was so easy to come and go from nearby attractions. It was hard to say goodbye!

Awesome Property

Loved this home, it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The wifi was awesome allowed me to run a zoom meeting that i needed to run. Beds we comfortable. Overall we had a fantastic experience and will definitely choose this property again when we want to vacation in the UP.

Relaxation and Rocks!

From the time we pulled in until we left we felt so comfortable and just loved the house! The location was perfect also! We enjoyed looking at all of the really cool touches and creations throughout the house and the bed was soo comfy! We did exactly what we set out to do which was to get away to a peaceful place to relax and to find LOTS of cool rocks at the beautiful beaches of Lake Superior. We also fit in a trip up to Vermillion Point. Such a cool place. I would also like to add that the house was fully stocked with ALL of the necessities. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to visit the area.

Nice retreat

Favorite things: Beautiful sunrises - if you can get up in time for them! Steps to "beach" behind protective rocks where you can sit with a tree-free view of the lake, the far shore, water birds, and passing freighters. Missing: wine glasses; large frying pan with fitting lid - the latter soon rectified by Jeff, the local property manager. We are extremely grateful to the reviewer who advised that renters should purchase groceries for their stay in a more populated area; there is not much available locally.

Great little house!

So impressed with this house! It was updated, very clean, and well stocked. The outdoor space was fabulous, with a deck, fire pit (and chopped firewood!) and stairs down to Lake Superior. The location was great as well, allowing for lots of day trips to Pictured Rocks, Tahquemenon Falls, and Whitefish Point. Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and there’s a great little grocery store in Paradise. Highly recommend this house - we would come back again!
