Welcome to Hidden Jewel of Paradise! My place is Unique cozy comfortable & content !located near Mulock Creek Marina ( Marina under renovation closed temporary) our home near shops and restaurants Beaches only 20 min by car. Home is perfectly set up for yoga? meditation & outdoor sports with private PickleBall pool /Jacuzzi and other amenities like Billiard Table Pingpong Table Bar Grill and many other activities. High ceiling upper living room seamlessly goes to a Sunset lanai upper deck with green Treetop view Sunsets & Blue Sky. Spacious Island Kitchen allow you gather together as a family and friends split floor plan 2 bedrooms located upstairs King and Queen beds, bathrooms was updated with a modern self-flashing toilet. 3rd bedroom located downstairs with 2 full beds & nice sitting area with leather couch and kitchenette with extra sink in the bedroom. Private Movie theater was completed after IAN recline & enjoy the show. Walk around the lake or to the Mullock Creek Marina (Marina temporary closed for renovation of new coming park) and owned by Lee County now. Family restaurant Haney’s are walking/ biking distance or short ride by car. Coconut Mall, Miramar Mall North Naples short drive. Historic Downtown Ft. Myers 12 Mils ride with many shops restaurants antique shops Art Walk events and much moor.
We are welcome local and international people from all over the world to visit our home . Since this is our Primary Homestead HOME , we rent it out only when we are away from Home. We are happy to share our home with you, while we are away!
Please use AC respectfully ( any extra use of AC or electric will be charged to your account) Jacuzy $75 fee for heating per stay. Ask to use infrared Spa Extra fee $50 each use) Please take trash out to Avoid Ants coming , keep it clean like your own Home , No smoking or vaping in the house or lanai, no drug’s, weapons, parties or or excessive drinking. Do not use FirePit please .
* Our personal Master bedroom and office are not for rent our owners private area and it is locked area with cameras . Extra charge $200 per person per stay will apply to non direct family member’s. And over 6 people for use of our home.

The house is the perfect VRBO. We came for a 5 night trip and the pictures do not do this place justice. Pool and hot tub are awesome. The outdoor seating area is so relaxing out in the sun. A tv outside to enjoy watching sports while swimming or just relaxing. Our kids loved the movie theater downstairs. Plenty of sleeping options, Natalia went above and beyond to make sure everything was working as intended. Her communication was great. Not a far drive from some great restaurants in the area. We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat if given the opportunity. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Thank you for your review back And giving us a 4 stars … we know that we can be 5 star…. But we did not get movie theater together yet . And home furniture was put away for hurricane prep. We had a disaster IAN hurricane last year it was very devastating for us. insurance was liquidated out of business We fixed home with our own savings That is why , it took us longer to finish off . That is the reason we also start renting So can save our home . Who would thought ? That it could happen ? Thank you for staining with us . Natalia

Perfect family spring break

Family and friends vacation

Beautiful home. Great for adults. The listing had outside grill listed. It does have one but it didn’t work due the flood. This was not stated in description. We were planning on grilling out but that was no big deal.

Fort Myers

Nice place had a great time only two issues owners did not want us to turn A/C below 78 which I felt was crazy as it was warm most days.Second issue was the Hot Tube the jets did not work very well and we had to pay an extra 50 to heat the pool. Owner said electric is expensive so I need to pay 100 and she sent me an invoice for 100. I said I was only paying 50. We left 50 in cash on the counter when we left.Other then those issues stay was wonderful very nice house. The Movie Theater was a nice touch. Pool deck was nice with a nice grill.

With fast WiFI Card table pool Table pink pong Table. Book your kayaking Boats rental , fishing. All from our park near by park Mullock Creek Marina ( MC Marina temporary closed for renovation) Shops and restaurants short drive & beaches all near by. Short drive to the Int.airport

(Children must be supervised by parents all the time ) No smacking, no pets please. Near Coconut Mall & Miramar outdoor mall with shops and restaurants.
Related family only. $250 fee per stay per person to share with friends my home. direct family only.

Nice and quiet neighborhood ,take a walk around the lake or ride bike .
Go to the Marina to rent boat or kayaking ,( marina temporary closed) sunsets in the back lanai and Sunrise watch from front lanai

( Marina under renovation now) have a cold drink at sunset time or rent a boat to go fishing or sunset ride
