Freshly updated house, contemporary design, clean and modern! Perfect for family vacation or a longer stay in FL! 18 min drive to beautiful Fort Myers beach, close to shops, dining, anything you need is within 5-10 minute drive! Yet, the house is privately tucked away on a quiet street, perfect for privacy! Spring Traning location - 4 min to CenturyLink Complex, 11 min to Jet Blue Park. Beautiful islands, parks, and beaches are all around to enjoy a perfect SW Florida vacation!

The house is spacious, with an open room concept to comfortably sleep 8 guests. Comfortable outdoor pool area provides an additional space to enjoy the time outdoor.

Kitchen - large, fully stocked kitchen with many appliances - crock pot, waffle maker, blender, bakeware - anything you need to cook delicious meals!

We provide plenty of towels and pool towels.

There are four bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a walk-in bathroom and closet.
Each bedroom has plenty of space for hanging and folding clothes. If you have an infant, we have a high chair and a crib for your convenience.
There is a designated workspace in one of the bedrooms, situated in the back of the house for quiet time.
Large dining table for family dinners.
The outdoor pool area has BBQ and table/chairs to enjoy the time outside by the pool.
The house is very welcoming, functional, and comfortable!

There is a laundry area with a washer/dryer available for guest use.

THINGS TO DO:
Lakes Regional Park - nearly 300 acres of beautiful nature trails, lakes and gardens. Two playgrounds and water parks, a miniature train ride and railroad museum, bikes and watercraft available for rental, food concession, fitness trail and lots of picnicking areas.

Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve - convenient, fun, and interesting nature park for birders, environmentalists, families, and all nature lovers. Located in South Fort Myers, this treasured peek at old-Florida nature is approximately 2,200 acres of prime Florida wetland, with 1.2 miles of boardwalk

JetBlue Park - Primarily used for spring training for the Red Sox it is remarkably designed to resemble Fenway. If you're a Red Sox fan you'll definitely love JetBlue park, as they have the same traditions and camaraderie as in Fenway. But even if you're just a fan of the game you'll still really enjoy your day here!

CenturyLink Sports Complex - Hammond Stadium - The Fort Myers Miracle are the Class A Advanced minor league baseball affiliate of the Minnesota Twins Major League Baseball club. Since moving to Fort Myers in 1992, the Miracle have qualified for the Florida State League Playoffs eight times and won the Florida State League Championship in 2014. Home games are played at Hammond Stadium at the CenturyLink Sports Complex. The Fort Myers Miracle season begins in April and ends in September.

Pros: Nice, clean, home that was really well stocked with supplies. Lots of pool toys and a few board games available. Quiet neighborhood. Host was amazingly fast at responding to messages!Cons: Front door jam near lock was missing a chunk of wood, like it was attempted to be pried open but lock worked. Door handle to pool was loose but still worked. Jets in the master bathtub didn’t work. No way to adjust or turn off the strobe lights in the pool which shine into the master. Curtains help but don’t block 100%. Overall the home was in good condition. Really enjoyed our visit and appreciated not having a long list of checkout rules. Would stay again.

Amazing pool !!

The villa itself was great and we had lots of fun, the outside area and pool were the real gems of the property. Set in a really nice neighbourhood we had a great few days here and would definately return and recommend. We were also very lucky as the owners accommodated an early arrival which was fantastic !!If you’re looking for a great space inside and out then book here !

Wonderful stay for families needs. Pretty house. Only concern was too many bugs in screened lanai area and pool surfaced covered in dead bugs from ripped screens.

The center of fun

Great house in a hidden gem of a neighborhood. Centrally located near the Bell Tower shopping area, the Twins stadium, golf courses, and restaurants. And close to both downtown and the beaches, we never had a long drive to do all the fun things we had planned. Plus the Yarborough Linear Park path was also next door...perfect for morning walks.

Perfect Location for Spring Training Games

One of the main reasons we chose this home was for its location to the ballparks. The convenience to get to both Hammond Stadium and Jet Blue Park did not disappoint. The location was perfect. It was also close to numerous stores and restaurants. The home itself was clean and well maintained. The pool was also crystal clear. The homeowner was responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and residential. Check in and out were easy. The attention to detail in the yard and pool enclosure area were not quite up to the same standard.
