The family-run holiday home on Jana Matejki Str. 32/2, the green feeder to the beach promenade, is especially for large families or groups with four rooms in three lockable, stylishly furnished apartments on approx. 140 m2 of living space and a large south-facing terrace of approx. 20 m2 Suitable for friends of up to 9 people.

- 7 minutes walk to the beach promenade

- 8-10 minutes walk to the city center, the historic port and the train station in Świnoujście center
The apartments are located in a typical, newly reconstructed Swinemünde villa from the 1930s, which was built adjacent to the beach residences. The apartments were comprehensively modernized in 2018.
