These two side by side modern townhomes are BRAND NEW and the perfect space for you and your guests during your stay in Nashville! Each one features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and open concept kitchen, living, and dining areas. Fully furnished and fully equipped. Walking distance to Crema Coffee Roasters and East Nashville Beer Works and a short Uber/Lyft ride to downtown!

Great spacious property!

My family and I stayed here over the Christmas holiday. Lots of space to accommodate everyone between the 2 units. The host was very friendly and responsive to our needs. We’ll definitely book here again in the future! Thanks again for everything Allen!

Home away from home.

This was the ideal spot for us. My son lives in Nashville and this spot was just minutes away from him. The place was neat and super clean. We did use some of the utensils from the other side because we wanted to use the real thing and not plastic ware. I will definitely be using you guys again on my next vacation wherever I go if you're available. This Place Was Simply Beautiful!!!!! Thank You Guys for Having Us :) :)

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BROKEN INTO!

As a large family we thought we had found a perfect property to come to Nashville and celebrate a special moment. We woke up Friday morning to both of our personal vehicles having shattered windows that we now how to clean up and deal with, along with stolen property. The owner never provided requested camera footage, and we had to go buy our own vaccum to even cleam up the mess! He did say he would provide a refund for the vaccum, but never did. To make matters worse there was a previous window on the ground when we arrived. Clearly, the owners do not care about the safety of their renters or they would attempt to deter this behavior by adding gates and lights in the back yard/parking lot. When we reached out to the owner with our disasfaction he could only say he was sorry. He did not offer up any type of help or accomodation such as a partial refund for the inconvenience. It is our reccomndation if you are looking for a place to stay you find anywhere else that is not owned by Kings rental property LLC or Mr.Allen. There are plenty of better opportunities that will not leave you in this mess!

Great stay

This place was very very nice. We loved our stay. Very spacious and lots of bed space! Only complaint is that it is in a not very nice side of town which was worrisome for a group of young girls. Easy Uber rides to downtown and lots of parking spaces, which worked perfectly for us.
